On these eight point star brass tiles, eight-point stars interlace across the whole face as a single raised strap, forming a large Islamic geometric pattern in the tradition of the Alhambra. Edge to edge, the strapwork joins up so a set reads as one piece of Moorish wall art.

Where to use it
- Fireplace surround, chimney breast or overmantel
- Behind a kitchen range or along the sink wall
- Feature wall in a living room, dining room or entrance hall
- Above a bathroom basin, as a vanity backsplash
- A headboard panel or the wall above a bed
Installing and care
Fill the hollow backs with tile adhesive and set the tiles on a flat, clean wall as you would ceramic tile, finishing with grout or caulk. Any tile can instead hang alone from its back hanger. Behind a cooktop, leave the clearance your cooktop maker asks for. Tiles cannot be cut, so work out the layout in whole tiles first. Clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry it off; scouring pads and harsh cleaners will wear through the patina.
