Eight-point pinwheel stars and diamond insets repeat across three graduated wood tones that blend from pale to deep, edged top and bottom with a herringbone chevron trim strip — shown here run full-height as a stairwell wainscot. Each panel is hand-cut from solid wood and assembled as true marquetry — no printed veneer — so the grain and tone shift naturally across the pattern. Supplied unfinished (ready to oil, wax or lacquer on site) or finished to your specification.
