Bold eight-point walnut stars pinwheel across a pale ash ground, with dark walnut diamonds set between them and a light-and-dark chevron trim strip along the top — a high-contrast, graphic wainscot pattern shown here installed floor-to-rail on a room wall. Each panel is hand-cut from solid wood and assembled as true marquetry — no printed veneer — so the grain and tone shift naturally across the pattern. Supplied unfinished (ready to oil, wax or lacquer on site) or finished to your specification.
