A crisp eight-point star bursts from the centre of this square tile in carved, chip-cut beech, framed by a fine dark border. Beautiful singly, striking repeated across a whole ceiling. Each panel is hand-cut from solid wood and assembled as true marquetry — no printed veneer — so the grain and tone shift naturally across the pattern. Supplied unfinished (ready to oil, wax or lacquer on site) or finished to your specification.
