Processing Time
Each fixture is handcrafted to order. Processing time is 10 to 15 business days. Once your piece is complete and dispatched, we will update your order status with tracking information.

Returns

Defective or Damaged Items

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, return the original order for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
